Distill - A Local Bar - Southern Highlands

So overall I thought everything was well done. The service was top notch, and the food came out quick. The quality of the food was hit or miss, as I thought the sliders were overdone, while the fried oreos and ice cream saved the day. I would say so long as the establishment pays closer attention to the temperature of the food, this place has the potential to be great.

Come here a few times and now have become a regular. Go with my wife a lot. From the bar, I've had four remarkable bartenders out of their lot, Nicole, Naugle, Madison, and Niall? (I think its spelt) absolutely phenomenal not at just what they do but how they do it. Servers that I've had thus far: Anna, Noe, Victoria, Amanda and Bailey. As far as professionalism, (with some personality spices) best they have to offer. And dont get me started on the food. Ok I'll start: I've had the -poke stack -jalapeño turkey melt (no longer available) -blackened cowboy ribeye and -the chicken piccatta During the day: its alright. Had consistency issues and temps have been off on food. Ex: Id want med. rare ribeye but would end up with medium well, sometimes well done. Evenings, its seems to have better quality and presentation. They've gotten my food right every time. Never had any complaints. I've ordered togo from grave and it was delectable.

We celebrated a friend's birthday and had the best time. Our server was great. She hung decorations for us, and she made sure the birthday girl had everything she needed. We ordered and shared an adult pb&j, fried artichokes, lobster rolls with chips, and chicken wings. Some of the girls had margaritas, and they loved them. Cool spot to watch the game or have a drink and shoot some pool.

Finally had food...and the taco Tuesday tacos were bomb!! Also had thr jalapeño cheese balls off the happy hour menu!! Totally on point!! Teresa and Amanda were great tenders!! And the bar was full!! If I was going to play I would! But I couldn't because the machines were all full!!! Get over there!!! Teresa is there from Monday through Thursday!! Tell her Douglas says hi!++

Great bar, great atmosphere, great food and the best staff!! As the reviewer before me stated there was a tiny weiner dog brought in by a guy who looks to be a regular, as everyone seemed to know him and his pup. I thought it was cute but another customer didn’t think so. I mentioned that to the bartender later on before I left. They assured me they talked to the gentleman and he will no longer be putting his dog anywhere but in his lap or on the floor and that it’s a ESA dog. Anyway, my Guinness burger was phenomenal!! Highly recommend

If Kevin is here, I would do five stars for the food. Otherwise, great service, and especially late night with Collin are Great. I grew up in the industry, so I’m a snob when it comes to customer service and food. Colin and Kevin, late night tonight on Wednesday. I would consider top the business.

Fast and friendly service! The place has no windows so it’s nice and dark and cool for a hot summer day. Bar has video poker machines and the food was excellent! Would definitely go back!
